Financial Markets continue to be in distress. 

UPDATE:  11/19/07 -  Equities continue to lose ground.  Small cap stocks are far below their 200 day moving average and are now at critical support levels.  S&P 600 index is at lows set last March and if they don't make a stand here, then expect another 10% drop to the 350 level.  There will most likely be stiff overhead resistance on the upside.  The 200 day moving average is rolling over.  Not a good sign.

The only index showing any sign of life is the tech heavy Nasdaq.  It is holding at the 200 day average, but is not showing real upside conviction.  If this index capitulates below  the 200 day avg. the whole market picture will be very bleak indeed.  Equities need Santa to arrive early this year.  Watch for days when good economic news fails to move the market higher.  If that happens - last one out of the market better hope that the Bear doesn't hibernate too long.

Sell into rallies until an uptrend appears and economic news turns positive.
